Abstract Cell counting has become an essential method for monitoring the viability and proliferation of cells. A hemacytometer is standard device used to measure cell numbers in most laboratories which are typically automated increase throughput. The principle both manual hemacytometers calculate with a fixed volume within set measurement range (10 5 ~ 10 6 cells/ml). If concentration unknown sample outside hemacytometer, must be prepared again by increasing or decreasing concentration. We have developed new that multi-volume chamber 4 different depths containing volumes (0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 µl respectively). can maximum cells/ml minimum × 3 cells/ml. Compared typical 0.1 µl, measurable on twenty times lower. Additionally, Multi-Volume Counting model (cell calculation slope value number multi-chambers) showed wide (5 1 cells/ml) while reducing total 62.5% compared large (0.8 µl-chamber) hemacytometer.
